Bob Hezzelwood said he has been visiting Bonita Beach for years and no one has bothered or complained about his bathing suit.

It should be a federal offense to wear a Speedo.

Maybe the deputy thought the guy would be more modest if he wore the ticket instead of the Speedo.

Supposedly it was a “skimpy” speedo.

At a certain age or body type, one should understand what one’s limitations are.

At a certain age and body type, no one can tell if you’re wearing a Speedo or not.

"...that’s wrong. It’s just wrong."

Is there anything, anywhere, anymore that doesn't turn people into victims?

Once again officers with 2 year degrees and a badge thinking that they have the right to interpret the law as they wish. I guess once police departments figure out that losing millions of dollars to moronic citizens who are semi brighter then uneducated police officers is not the way to go then maybe just maybe things will change.
