It should be a federal offense to wear a Speedo.

Maybe the deputy thought the guy would be more modest if he wore the ticket instead of the Speedo.

At a certain age or body type, one should understand what one’s limitations are.

"...thats wrong. Its just wrong." Funny, that's what I think whenever I see a guy in a Speedo.

However, Hezzelwood said he plans to sue the sheriff's department, saying his civil rights were violated. Is there anything, anywhere, anymore that doesn't turn people into victims?
To: RDTF
his civil rights were violated. But it was a *small* infraction.

Was he arrested for not filling his speedo properly?
No one should have to use tweezers and a magnifying glass.

Once again officers with 2 year degrees and a badge thinking that they have the right to interpret the law as they wish. I guess once police departments figure out that losing millions of dollars to moronic citizens who are semi brighter then uneducated police officers is not the way to go then maybe just maybe things will change.

You would pay cash money to NOT see me in a speedo. Really, really. Especially if I couldn't bother to iron my sagging skin in the morning.

SpeedNO!
It's whiter than a fat German tourist in a speedo on the first day of spring.

Sounds like they ticketed him for being there, not for what he was wearing.
At least that’s what I got from what is posted here.
Is that a private beach in some places?
