Once again officers with 2 year degrees and a badge thinking that they have the right to interpret the law as they wish. I guess once police departments figure out that losing millions of dollars to moronic citizens who are semi brighter then uneducated police officers is not the way to go then maybe just maybe things will change.
Yep, this is a slightly amusing example, but it should give everyone pause that we read so many examples of the police clearly exceding their very broad authority.
