Further evidence that treating terrorists like criminals with legal rights is absurd. Expand Gitmo...don’t close it down.

We’ve been treating terrorists as criminals for over 20 years.

When “terrorists” are seized on the battlefield and brought to Gitmo, they are enemy combatants. They are prisoners of war, not “criminals”.
