Tax breaks are ok, but then say that. I hear “subsidize” and automatically think of the current “stimulious” check that we may or may not get.

Not to mention the whole “phase out” BS.

What's wrong with American cars?

You know that Toyota has had more recalls than Ford or Chevy lately? Additionally, Chevy has more vehicles in it's fleet that get 30+ MPG than Toyota does?

Where does that get press? GM has better initial quality now according to surveys in the last 3 years. Go figure.

it’s not moronic because other countries place tariffs on our cars.

I would hope so, but then again, what would be the phase out limit, or how many kids do you have to have to qualify. You know politicians, it’s never K.I.S.S.

The idea here is that people most qualified to have children (ie those married people with stable income, education, and a stable family nucleus often have few of no children; while unmarried, no income, welfare dependent, degenerates have most of the kids)are having the fewest or none (average is now < two which means losing ground). If offered a larger deduction such as equivalency to what welfare mom’s get, then the stable families would be having more kids and raising them to be productive citizens instead of more welfare dependants.

Germany, France, UK, and Japan are all losing population while Africa, middle east, etc are outgrowing their resources. Western culture is mostly in decline because of birth control and abortion.

Granted...a lot of people are angry enough that they’d be willing to at least try what he’s suggesting. Problem is, how would we enforce it? There are enough people out there who would object to the government taking away their handout that a real problem with riots might ensue. What to do then? Police with machine guns mowing people down? Is that any different than Nazi Germany?

As for the Internation suggestions...how do we enforce that? Nuclear weapons? If we try that, we’ll just instigate Armageddon.

Frankly...I just don’t see any of this being workable without a forceable takeover of the government, with people placed into positions who have no desire to hold on to power. Those people are darned few and far between.

it’s not moronic because other countries place tariffs on our cars.

So? A tarrif is just a tax on American car purchasers. Why the hell should the government subsidize lazy union workers with bad, bloated management so that you can drive a crappy car? Do you really want to drive all of the Japanese and German car manufacturers out of the US? They employ 10's of thousands.

When I bought my car, the main issue with domestic dealers was they offered less in trade-in value for my car, honestly.

There are some good American cars, certainly.

Getting rid of birth control isn’t the solution, either, because all that will do is encourage more births from the “unqualified” people you mentioned...

Not to mention an understanding that you can’t over populate, or else you will have a resources problem.

And how the hell you can afford more than 2 kids these days. Yeesh.

Didn’t agree with decriminalizing most drugs but the rest sounds good.

You have to think about tomorrow’s leaders and who will be running the country. I for one, would like to see the US representative republic survive. The dregs of the planet can’t be trusted to continue to operate and protect the country our forefathers blessed us with.
