I’m suprised to see Charlotte come in ninth.
We could have made 6th or 7th if they considered the public schools.
Lots of nice gangs, like MS13, proudly call Charlotte "home".

Amazing considering the fact that some outfit called “Relocate America” or something similiar just picked Charlotte as the BEST city in the country to move to. I guess these ratings just don’t really mean a whole lot, do they?
