It’s “depleted”, not “depleated.” I notice that sometimes people on FR spell “speech” as “speach” also.
Oh, remember how Carter had a “rebate” sent to poor people to help pay for the high cost of fuel oil for heating, though most of them in the cities lived in rental units and didn’t pay heating costs and their landlords were not able to raise the rent because of rent control?
Forgot to mention Carter urging Americans to wear an extra sweater at home rather than turning up the heat.
