Anyone want to take bets on how the RINO Juan McVain votes on this bill? I'm surprised he let Wide Stance Craig co-sponsor instead of getting is own name on it.

When we're through contacting Congress, we should contact President Bush and ask him to veto it.

This sneaky, corrupt amnesty must be stopped. We did t before, we can do it again.

Wonder if the Craig defenders will be on this thread. I think Hillary has pictures from the FBI files

That’s another reason why 132 Republicans refused to sign the bill.

I’d suggest calling Senate Minority Leader McConnell as well.

Five years is FULL amnesty. If an alien is in the country legally, i.e. a work visa for five years they are eligable under immigration law to apply for naturalization (citizenship).

General Naturalization Requirements

Age
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Refer to the section, Naturalized Citizen's Children under Waivers, Exceptions, and Special Cases for information on applicants who are less than 18 years old.
See Also INA 334

Residency
An applicant must have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence. Lawfully admitted for permanent residence means having been legally accorded the privilege of residing permanently in the United States as an immigrant in accordance with the immigration laws. Individuals who have been lawfully admitted as permanent residents will be asked to produce an I-551, Alien Registration Receipt Card, as proof of their status.

See Also INA 316

Residence and Physical Presence

An applicant is eligible to file if, immediately preceding the filing of the application, he or she:

has been lawfully admitted for permanent residence (see preceding section);
has resided continuously as a lawful permanent resident in the U.S. for at least 5 years prior to filing with no single absence from the United States of more than one year;
has been physically present in the United States for at least 30 months out of the previous five years (absences of more than six months but less than one year shall disrupt the applicant's continuity of residence unless the applicant can establish that he or she did not abandon his or her residence during such period)
has resided within a state or district for at least three months

Feinswine, the senator from Gomorrah, added this treason laced crap to a badly needed Iraq supplemental funding bill. She is a disgrace to this state and to our country.

I called her state office and faxed her DC office. I do this at the minimum of once a month. I question her patriotism.

In your 5th line you use the phrase "form of amnesty".

To be more accurate, it is amnesty to guest worker, which was the Bush Plan, as opposed to amnesty onto the path, which was McCain Kennedy.

The third type of amnesty is the Pence Plan, which the Gang of 12 adopted in 2007, which is touch-back amnesty.

I’ve pretty much given up on amnesty. It won’t take McCain twelve months before he will have granted amnesty to between 20 and 35 million illegal aliens. Those who were convinced that “WE STOPPED THEM” the last time will get a full dose of reality.

With the McCain amnesty will come chain immigration as family members are allowed to join their relatives already here. By the time McCain is done, we’ll see about 25 to 30% of our current population total, added to our population all from one nation.

We ain’t seen nothin yet folks! Buckle up!

From an email I received today:

“The vote has been pushed back and is now scheduled for Wed May 21!

This delay is to our advantage, if we use the time wisely. In the past, delays have played to our favor, because it takes us a few days to get our political machinery in full gear and the public warned into action.”

“Grant a tripling of the maximum number of H-2B visas for lower skill, non-agricultural seasonal workers.....”

Vail Resorts, which runs Vail, Beaver Creek, Heavenly, Breckenridge and Keystone resorts Is directly behind this part. They hire almost 60% of their seasonal work force under H-2B and J-1J visas. It is about time that they were forced to pay REAL WAGES to Americans.

This proves that we have lost control of this country. Government of, by and for the people is just an empty statement now. We need to take it back and we can still do it but it will take hard work and dedication to turn this around. Our votes alone won’t do it. Our senate and house do what they want and could care less about the people of this country if they can gain power by their actions. Let me tell you, if we had real conservatives in the republican party, more of them that is, this wouldn’t have been allowed to be attached to any bill, let alone a military funding bill.

Do you have a bill number for this?

Is it pretty much the same as what Feinstein/Craig introduced in 2007 (S.237/S.340)?

That bill also made aliens qualifying for their new “blue card status” exempt from prosecution for identity theft and other fraudulent acts.

This can probably be stopped with enough pressure. Maybe if we’re lucky the phone lines will get shut down again...

They will never stop until the entire populations of Mexico, Central and South America walk into this country, no questions asked and no requirements necessary. Then they will say they are satisfied.

This sneaky, corrupt amnesty must be stopped.

Welcome back to round two of "How Can We Fool These Idiots?" Our contestants are Senators Larry Craig of Idaho and Diane Feinstein of California!

Do these people not get it? Did they expect to get away with this?

We did t before, we can do it again.

Hit the switchboards and Numbers USA, one and all.
