Obama should visit the Colorado Turtle Tribe which seem to be chicano (or xicano as they say it). They participated in the slaughter of bison belonging to their neighbors ranch. Over 30 bison killed in a fence war between a libreal from Austin, TX (Haun) and ranchers in the Fairplay, Colorado area. Note that Colorado is open range and Haun put up fences to keep bison out that were not up to code for fences.

True story from the late 1950s told by a rancher friend in western Utah. There was an older Indian man who rode on horseback into the rancher’s small town once every month or so for supplies.
