Well, this just frosts my cookies! Literally. I was looking forward to warming! My dang heat just kicked on and here we are coming up on Memorial Day. Warm the damn planet already! You promised Mr Gore!

I do have one question: If Al Gore and the rest of the Global Warming Believers are so good at predicting, if their models are so accurate and therefore not up for discussion: shouldn't they have been able to tell us about this warming lull 10 years ago? Why is it that this if the first I'm hearing about this reprieve from warming? (really not nice to get my hopes up like that!)

We were going to put the 12-foot pool out this weekend for the kids. I'm wearing a sweater, sipping hot tea and wearing slippers ... forecast is a high of 59 this Friday. Kids are stupid ... maybe they won't notice ... awwww kids ... the pool is for you ... Mommy and Daddy don't want to come in and spoil your fun.
