Actually, Oregon is slightly “whiter” than Kentucky (94% vs. 92%). Kentucky is “blacker” than Oregon (7% vs. 2%).

I just have to, I have to make a suggestion here....maybe if they put up a candidate (black, of course) who was worth voting for? Maybe then this country would have the first black President?????
