We do know the warrant was obtained fraudulently so any evidence that was there cannot be used. So any case they may have been able to make gets tossed. Smooth move.
They separated 400 kids from their parents right. They don’t even come close to meeting the legal requirements to do that.

There is another thread with a statement from LE that the validity of the first warrant has nothing to do with the evidence they collected.
We will just have to wait and see if that holds up in court.

They named a man whom they knew was not in the state. They lied. There may be a weasel way out of it but they lied. but I guess its ok for our public officials to lie.

They came in on a fale complaint, grabbed every child in the complex whether or not there was any reason or evidence to suggst abuse, and tore them all away from their parents. The “right of the people to be secure in their persons, paperss, and effects” was violated, as well as the rule that you must have probable cause. They may have had it agisnt some of the families and/or the organization, even with a phony complainant, but they clearly did not have such a cause against all or even most. They clearly went well beyond their legal authority.
I guess separating 400 children from their mothers based on a prank call is still considered heavy handed by some...
Strongly disagree with the court.
So long as no one was claiming the children, then they HAD to be reunited to their legal parent(s). Who else would do it but Child Services? Billy Bob’s Auctions, Inc?
Would you accept it if every kid on your block was taken because some of your neighbors were abusive and they took your kids with that explanation?
