Wow, a ruling for actual liberty and freedom!

I got excoriated by quite a few people here when I suggested that just blindly taking all of these children away from their mothers was unjust.

Yep, along w/ me and anyone else who even questioned 'the authorities'.

Society's training in 'democracy' is going quite well by that standard.

Due process does seem to be a reasonable method.

Or how about the 18 yr old who delivered after the raid. They kept her baby from her for the first 3 weeks after birth.

However, there's a downside to all of this. I can easily imagine homosexual activists (even the NAMBLA crowd) using these rulings as a precedent for the protection of "alternative families".

I was actually decapitated online by one Freeper for doing same. Really!

If I have some time, I think I'll dig back in and see if I can't ping some of those pitchfork sweethearts who told me I was a child-rapist lover, etc.

Unfortunately, if this ruling stands and the state actually jhas to give the children back or even return status quo nte, it pretty much means that the next Waco type operation will complete the analogy and make sure that all the targets are dead so they can’t go to court themselves.

I guess separating 400 children from their mothers based on a prank call is still considered heavy handed by some...
