Evidence shows that your suggestion is not correct.
Actor James Wood noticed several of the 9-11 terrorists doing a dry run on the same plance he was on, one of the things he noted that they were very rude to the female flight attendant. He was so concerned that he told the pilot that this may be a hijack attempt, the pilot believed him, but authorities did not, and when they landed safely, they didn’t even question the suspected terrorists. After 9-11 James Wood got in touch with the FBI and they confirmed that the potential hijackers he saw months prior were indeed the 9-11 terrorists.

Agree NOW yet THEN they were not being sought. Thus my comment that they (the two in this thread) are evading capture !
There is a difference when your part of the crowd or the crowd is after YOU.
