I am Cuban. Senor Obama will get a very, very small % of the
Cuban votes not just for his stand on Cuba, but for his overall political stance. One vote I am sure he will receive is that of Martinez. No not Mel. The NJ Martinez. The hypocrite that preaches a strong stance on Cuba, but is friends with Elian’s abductor (Slick Willy).

My wife and family are Cuban. When that picture of a Che poster at Obama's Houston HQ turned up I knew Florida was in the bag for McCain. I also knew I was in for a long night. I had not heard that much screaming since the Elian fiasco.

I thought I was a right wing neanderthal. My wife thinks I am a wussy moderate. I honestly beleive that the Cuban ex-pats should be put in charge of questioning the captured terrorists. We'd have captured and killed everyone including Osama's grandmother by now.

Beautiful, passionate and right wing-there's nothing better than a Cuban woman.

I miss some of our long time contributors from the community, hopefully they still read or post under another name. "Luis Gonzalez" and "RMDupree" were deeply involved in a lot of debate over the years. Sadly, over the the years they've moved on or became too busy to post.
