Homosexuals and abortionists are bringing God's wrath upon this nation. Be warned and repent least you perish.

The first comment.

Are they not students? Should they not be featured in their own yearbook for where they go to school simply because other people do not agree with how they choose to live their life?

I’m sorry, but I honestly do not see what the big fuss is over this; nothing in that yearbook is sexually explicit or pornographic.

The big deal is that the practice of homosexual activity is wrong, period. This validates the practice of homosexuality.

A public school, which must be secular by nature, would have to go with what the medical profession now says about this issue: homosexuality is not by itself wrong. If they were to say, "it's against the Bible," and not allow gays in the yearbook, that would offend liberal non-believer parents. (The solution for Christians would be to take their children out of the public schools.)

At any rate, I don't think this is a sign of the collapse of Western civilization. Homosexuals are at most 2 to 3 percent of the population, and that's not going to change.

Do not sacrifice your children on the pagan altar.

Look up the 47 goals of communism in the 1963 congressional record. You'll see why promiscuity, homosexuality, and the dissolution of the family are being pushed.

This stuff is going to overwhelm us, like a black plague, if we don’t fight back. It’s long past time that we put our foot down and started calling a spade a spade here. Daniel Patrick Moynihan was right. We’re defining deviancy down, and we’re too timid to do anything about it.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The best (and only) way to do that is to remove your children from government school. Encourage other parents to do the same. CLOSE DOWN THE GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS! ( Yes, I am shouting. Americans a deaf.)

Raise up children who can defend their faith and the Judeo Christian principles upon which all freedom rests. Send armies of them to college who are strong enough individually, and as a group, to stare down their Liberal/Marxist professors.

In one generation we could have righteous youth taking their places in business, the arts, theater, film, media, and education.

Can we depend on Christian ministers to help us? Answer: NO! ( They have too many government teachers sitting in their pews putting money in the collection plate.) Parents who love their kids and this nation must join together to form mini-schools, homeschool cooperatives, one room school houses.

First save your kids, then the kids of your congregation.

That is the ONLY way to fight this! The homosexuals have thoroughly and completely infiltrated the government schools. They can not be reformed or fought. The government school rug needs to be pulled from under their feet.

But your government does not agree (in fact, in repeated court decisions accepted by the executive branch, your government thinks homosexual expression is a right to be defended with the full force of the law), and this is a government school.

It might be wrong to send your child to a government school. It might be wrong to cooperate with a government school. It might be wrong not to do everything in your power to de-fund and to eventually shut down government schools.

But you complaining about this is like complaining that a wolf ate a lamb.

The school is just acting according to its nature.

So much about the end of same sex sodomy laws being about consenting ADULTS in PRIVATE.

Socialists lie. Always.

How about a photo of the Skins For Hitler youth group (unofficially, not school sanctioned of course)?

Don’t you think that it would stir up bad thoughts and resentment that they managed to get it IN the yearbook?

The bigots at the school may not have ever placed any slurs in the book or said them in your company but you’d still be uncomfortable with seeing their lifestyle celebrated in the yearbook.

Make Megan and the other girl sisters engaging in incest and tell me if you still find it to be a beautiful statement.

Reminds me of Matt Groening’s old Life In Hell comic strip. When asked what Jeff and Akbar’s relationship he replied something along the lines, “they are gay lovers”, “or brothers”, “or both”, “whatever is the most shocking”.

When my oldest daughter was in high school, she was yearbook editor and she fought a tough battle to get one page for the kids that went to the High School Rodeos. I can’t imagine something like this. There was a gay couple in her high school- they wanted to attend prom as a couple- were told NO WAY. The high school had always allowed couples to hold hands, and show a minor amount of affection for each other until the gay couple came along- then passed very strict “NO public display of affection” rules so no one would have to see them holding hands. BTW my daughter graduated in 2000 from a very small rural high school- so this is literally everywhere.

More ado about nothing.

Get a clue, it's a public school. These kid's parents pay taxes. The comments and photos that I saw were not sexually specific. Did I miss that?

Here's a suggestion. Let's high profile every reference to gay in the media, post a thread, and rail about how homosexuals are shovinbg their lifestyles down our throats.

Let's not go to the gay parade, but post pictures here saying how terribel the world has become becauise of some idiots.

And don't forget. The sky IS still going fall.

And 15-20 years from now, when Megan and her girlfriend have given up this lesbian fad and have husbands and children of their own, they’ll have to explain these pictures to said children....

Comparing homosexual students to neo-nazis? Isn’t that a tad bit extreme.

If any of the homosexuals in the year book start advocating the death of all those who are different from them, then I will join you in your abject disgust of them.

Seriously, I know/work with a few gay people, and they (at least the one I know) are not trying to recruit any children or bring about the fall of western civilization. They usually just have fondue parties and drink chocolatinis.

When did Clovis High School become a part of the Albuquerque Public Schools?

Yes, Clovis is a small town of about 35,000. The folks there are typical southwestern conservatives. Over the last decade there has been a growing Latino gang presence. It has created violent incidence in the schools. I’m glad my daughter pulled my granddaughters out and put them into private schools. Looks like the administration has now taken up the gay agenda diversity crap.

You are so wrong on so many levels. They did include love quotes from the dykes couple, which is certainly unacceptable.

I agree it is too late. The MSM and Universities now rule along with the lawyers and Judges.

Yep they have gained acceptance I mean acceptance that what they are doing is good and normal. Too late. They played their cards including their legal cards well for decades to get to where they are today. Everyone sit by and just did not care or know.

Who cares if they included ‘love quotes’, so long as they were not cursing, using overtly sexual language, or anything else that is over-the-top.

I don’t like anyone meddling in my affairs, so I do my best to extend the same courtesy to those around me. I may not agree with it, but I am not going to try and stop someone from doing something that makes them happy.

“Just because I don’t necessarily agree with something doesn’t mean I am going to tell anyone whether they can or cannot do it.”

That’s completely different from glorifying it in the yearbook. Your attitude is part of the problem. You’d stand aside with your Libertarian philosophy while evil overwhelms us all.
