It may be a law (not sure about Texas) but it isn't a good one IMO) I feel it isn't the waitress, the bar owner, the clerk that sales a can in a bag or anyone else's responsibility to control someone's drinking but we do have to follow the law. That said, if we see a kid in the road or a house on fire as good citizens I hope we respond. If I saw someone that appeared intoxicated and getting ready to drive , I would say something or file a FYI report. I've actually called 911 a few times, about people driving on the wrong side of the road, or all over the road. They might have just reached back to smack a kid or pick something up but if they are drunk they need to be stopped for their safety and others.

She was still impaired whether it was booze or pills. If you want to know why people are running away from conservatives like they had just seen Godzilla, look in a mirror.
To: VRWCmember
she should not have had even one glass of wine. Even though that is not enough to impair youConservatives are such a loveable crowd. Simply adorable. Can think of any reason why someone would vote for Obama or McCain.

I agree. If he was concerned he should have acted soon. For his safety and hers.
To: ltc8k6
sooner. Don’t shoot the messenger though.

Warning overload huh? I thought about that.

What if she had been drunk though and people all said its none of my business and she went out and had an accident. Yee far better ten innocment get punished than one possible guilty go free! "If it saves just one life it will be worth it." Thank you MADD, Sara Brady, and every other braying jackass who wants to take away freedom in the name of safety. I see you approve of the "big brother" approach of government. People with your attitude will make a good subjects for Obama's reign. Your attitude would be very familiar to the subjects of the former Deutsch Democratische Republik.

So is a police officer on adrenaline. Looking at some of the young cops I see now days, with the high & tight military hair cuts and the bulked up torsos, I'd suggest we do Roids testing of the PD before we worry about pro sports.
If a lot of those guys aren't gym rats taking supplements, I'd be amazed. Roid rage with a badge is not a good thing.

How does someones blood alcohol get so high on half a mimosa or one glass of wine? She measured .022 which is about where the normal female would be after 1/2 drink.

I'm just surprised he didn't go on a rant, railing against civilian porcupine ownership, in his rejoinder to my followup message.

groggy = tired It affects different people to different degrees but it sure makes me groggy and I would dream of driving anywhere while under its influence.
She felt too tired to cook so she went to the restaurant Then
At the very end of the meal, Wilcutt took one hydrocodone pill.
That's some powerful stuff - kicks in 20 minutes before you take it. No wonder you copapologists want her charged. Envy (how come she gets the good drugs?

I don’t know about AZ law, but in CA, “driving under the influence” doesn’t mean a particular blood alcohol level; it means you are impaired and cannot safely operate a motor vehicle. Showing evidence of a .02 BAC wouldn’t save her in a CA court.
(Of course, YMMV.)

I ran out to buy some things at lunch today. At the back end of the shopping center parking lot, I slow-rolled through a couple of stop signs where there was zero population of cars or pedestrians. Id wager we all do that. Yah. You betcha! Just today, in fact.
To: from occupied ga
Obviously:’) Let’s don’t fight about this, ok?
