No point in even trying to have a foreign policy when your entire administration is crawling with cockroaches who leak to the media anything you even plan for as a contingency.

At since the leaks have been effectively kneecapping W since his first term with no sign of punishment to the offenders, W had turned over his foreign policy to his own critics. Brilliant!!

So much for his naive ‘turn the other cheek’ approach to partisan politics. Not likely to ever see a democrat making the mistake of trying appeasement on the partisan front (like they do with the dictator and terrorist fronts).
