Let’s hope the Arizona Supreme Court is staffed with ethical judges and not what we have been used to for the last number of decades.

Thomas Jefferson (1820):

“To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions [is] a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men and not more so. They have with others the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps.

If this is demonstrated then the judges who reported this retaliatory investigation will be removed from the bench.

Even the ABA model rule has “the appearance of impropriety is impropriety in and of itself.”

Those retired judges are equally in trouble if they volunteered to be a cover for a sitting judge in order to facilitaty relaliatory investigation.

Must have graduated from the Nifong school of law.
