Sounds like it was worthwhile. Part of the Republican platform should be an initiative to protect people from abuse of the endangered species act. A good part of the reform would be to remove the enabling language that allows anyone to sue anyone else for “endangering” “endangered” species and to collect damages for doing it. This is lever that most of the wacko left environmentalist groups such as the Center for Biological Diversity use to stop as much human activity as they can.
