why doesn’t catiplliar just require that if you smoke you don’t get insurance or you have to pay an extra premium.

As long as anyone that is overweight is given the same ripoff health insurance rate.

anyone who is overweight, or homosexual. Both groups use way more health care costs than smokers ever will.
