I sure hob Bo profited sufficiently from his talent and gifts...to live comfortably and pampered into his old age..
I would hate to think that the thugs who got rich on “rap” out earned the master and the pioneer.
Of course - most of them will be dead before they make 40....and that’s the only encouraging aspect of the “rap” scene...

Bo tried rapping at his shows in his later years. The less said of it, the better.
But for those who wouldn’t go see him because it wasn’t a start to finish rock and roll blues show of hit after hit, it’s better than the opportunity they have to see him now.
He did make at least one public appearance after his stroke. I hope he wasn’t pained in his final year. He’s earned his rest.

He was a great entertainer, one of the founding fathers of Rock & Roll and truly an “Originator”. He will be missed.
