Obama has a bunch of retards clapping incoherently for “change” without any substance. I’m unimpressed. You can call that shine if you like. The only way I’d agree is to say that its shining evidence of gullibility on the part of some voters.

11B 9 years. An your military background is what?

That McCain was a hero in 40 years ago in Viet Nam change nothing at all about his political record for the last decade.

Screaming shrilly like you are doing does not change the facts that McCain had nothing at all to do with The Surge. That McCain was the father of the Baker Commission and that plan to run away from Iraq in 2007.

The facts of McCain's record do not change just because you find them uncomfortable.

Hey you can drink and vote absentee with us too.

Sounds like a Jimmy Buffett song “Why don’t we get drunk and vote (for McCain)”

Who is Harold Ford’s hero, Al Gore Sr.? :)
Anyway, don’t you have a measure of respect for Harold?
The more we know about the true Obama merits little to none.

I say that from a pure political perspective.

Some of you are worried more about style over substance, and that has merit as many voters will vote on who gives a better speech, but McCain just dissected Fauxbama.

Maybe it didn’t sound as smooth as some of you wanted, but it accomplished the goal.

And that will be good enough for a majority of voters.

Remember how poorly Bush did in the 1st Gore debate?

But he ended up winning. McCain is a better speaker then Bush and will be able to take apart that amateur Fauxbama in any debate.

If you want flowery sounding speeches, then go vote for Fauxbama.

If you want what’s best for the country, vote for McCain.

Agreed. Hold your nose, swallow your pride, but don’t turn over the nation to an out and out third world marxist.

Pull the lever for McCain and move on.

"McCain’s speech if you took the first few minutes was very strong."

The quotes in the paper tomorrow will look better than the speech sounded.

Forgive me for sounding flip Joe, but what paper would that be? Rather, all the MSM quotes will be designed to make the speech sound worse than it already was.

Name the great US Presidents during war time and their military experience? Backing he surge was a cold calculated political decision.

Obama offer MEEEEEEEEE the VP. I’ll turn it down of course...

As if he could trust anything she says. Pundits claim she may want it offered just to spare her egowith the American public but may not accept it. Would love for him to side step her completely and offer it to another woman..

I actually think McCain will give us more Leftist government policies than would either Obama or Hitlery, as the few Pubbies left will fight fascism from a radical feminist leftist like Hitlery or a radical Marxist Leftist like Obama.

Whereas with mcCain the gutless-as-usual Pubbies will be even more craven and spineless with self-same policies being pushed by McCain.
