Well then, it follows that the actions of this "Human Rights Court" are subversive to the successful conduct of the war. This war was very clearly declared by jihadis such as Osama bin Laden in his fatwas in the '90's. It is legitimate that the members of the Court are treated appropriately. A suggestion would be internment for the duration of the conflict.
The bias of the Court in denying admission of evidence relating connections between the organization that brought the action to Court and the Libyan government tends to imply gross bias. I hope it is actionable in the legal system in Canada.
Since evidence was introduced from Free Republic, based in the USA, I would hope that may open the door to legal action in the USA for attempting to stifle the constitutional right of Freedom Of Speech that is in effect here.
The litigants have taken a smattering of hyperbole, and tried to make a mountain out of it. A murrain on the litigants and the Human Rights Court for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
