Scott McClellans controversial book, What Happened, jumped immediately to the No. 2 slot on this months political best seller list. And Counselor by Ted Sorensen, another title by a close adviser to a president, is No. 5.

Since when is George Will a conservative? (He is only by MSM standards). And for those of us who recognize the Iraq war as an archetypically liberal attempt to apply liberal social policy to other countries (pre-emptive wars of agression, ‘nation-building’ and such are reflections of liberal totalitarian thinking, not conservatism), What Happened is more an indictment of Bush’s liberalism than an attack on anything conservative.
I look at it this way. The money the ‘RATS spend on these “books” isn’t being contributed to some ‘RAT poll-it-ician somewhere.
From that perspective, the NYT list is even more lopsided!

Excellent point! But shouldn’t these folks be buying only e-books, to fight global warning and all?

So you've decided to believe the fabrication that is McClelland's book. Sure, Scottie was right in the thick of foreign policy discussions even though he was a deputy press sec'y for domestic issues. Sure, Scottie's is to be believed now even though he is saying he lied to the American people the whole time he was Press Sec'y. (I guess his conscience won out, and that the money he made from writing the book had nothing to do with it.)
LOL Sorry, but that's funny, I don't care who you are.
Heh, heh, heh. You've got a good point there!
On a serious note, I wonder how many of these "best sellers" get that way due to liberal librarians across the country ordering them for their libraries.
There’s also a lot of bulk buying. How many of Soros’s books do you think actually end up in a reader’s hands?

When you run the Christians out of town you’re not going to have anything conservative left behind.
