No. Tell your hubby that this was said by John Gross of Quebec several months ago in an email to
Mark Steyn about an all-purpose 2008 stump speech, not by Barack Obama. Steyn mentioned it in a short piece at National Review Online. Shortly afterward, he began getting email asking him about where he had heard BO say it. He wrote another column on the matter.
