Rather, its exactly the reverse. You have to prove you didn't do anything wrong and every one knows its impossible to prove a negative. That's why the HRC's are ironically enough, a state-organized assault upon human rights. What they do in their proceedings and rulings makes a mockery of the duty to protect them.
