Remember past elections? Dukakis was leading Bush by 17 points in the summer of 1988....George H. Bush won by a landslide in November.

George H. Bush had an approval rating of 92% in the spring of 1991, after the Gulf War. A year later, he was toast.

Politics is ever changing. The biggest advantage Obama has is the fact that the main stream media are all on his side.

I still think McCain will carry most of the states you mentioned. I think he has a shot a Pennsylvania, too.

We are still early in this process.....heck, the vice presidential picks haven’t even been chosen yet.

I’m not a fan of McCain, but Obama will make us long for the days of Jimmy Carter.

Rather, he will remind us of why we do not long for them. But the future tense is correct. Not the subjunctive.
