My turn: you think Duncan Hunter is gullible with regard to the fence?
Honest answers to those questions lead to one conclusion; the fence is being stalled as long as possible.
Why would I call Duncan Hunter gullible? His statements are the same as mine. He has said the administration is stalling the fence. He has said only a few miles have been built. He has complained that Congress defunded the fence. There is no difference between his statements and mine.
