Actually if every supposition about the birth certificate is true then:
1)Obama was born in Kenya or British southeast Africa (As African news sources are saying) and he should not be eligible because he was born outside the United States and outside the law as it stood then.
2)His name is not really Barack Obama because he never legally changed it except to the name that he was given in Indonesia when he was adopted.(would you vote for a candidate using an alias to run for president?)
3)His race maybe listed as white or Arab or other (certainly a great embarrassment to the Great Black Hope who isn’t even black to begin with)
4)He may not even have the necessary paperwork to prove he is a natural born citizen (he does however have paperwork to prove he was an Naturalized Indonesian citizen, his adoption papers and a passport as written in his book and Kenya even claims he is one of their citizens although they don’t say how or why they can make that claim)
5)The employees of an Obama supporter that were searching through his passport files “Berger”ized and sanitized them for public consumption in a watergate style electronic break in?
Certainly any one of these deserves questioning (and surely Obama should answer them) instead of the blanket ignore you would call upon the rest of us to do, so that we don’t go off on a wild goose chase you want nothing to do with to begin with.
Frankly it sickens me that as almost always the”cooler” heads want us all to ignore the obvious and take the “high” road and bury this issue, just like they did when it was suggested that he is Muslim, or marxist, or that we cannot say his middle name, or that we cannot question what goes on in his church, or figure out what his relationships with Ayer and Rezko or even comment on him riding around on a bike with a flat tire and a ridiculous probe hanging off the ass end of his seat, meanwhile some of the same “cooler” heads are savaging John McCain for things like being in the middle of the USS Forrestal Fire or actually Mutually divorcing his wife after they both were crippled during his stay in the Hanoi Hilton.
You ask for legal documents, I provided them now let them stand on their own merit and let others judge weather this line of questioning is warranted and quit trying to bully anyone that has these questions into silence.
By the same reasoning, John McCain is ineligible because he was born in Panama. Sorry, it doesn't wash -- his mother was a natural born US citizen.

There's nothing illegal about running under an alias, irrelevant.

I'm not ignoring the obvious, I'm stating the obvious -- that no matter how worked up you get over this, the point still remains -- unless you can show me the law that says there are conditions where the child of a natural born citizen is not in turn a natural born citizen, then you're howling at the moon.

Yes, he's clearly hiding something, and as such, it's probably quite embarrassing. But it's more embarrassing to rant about "concerns" over his qualifications when you don't even know if those concerns have any merit. You've provided nothing but a string of irrelevant details.
One last time (and I'm done responding on the subject unless/until this happens), do the research, or find someone who has done the research. Until then, it is no better than idle gossip.
