KEYWORDS:
The dumb California voters, a number of years ago, allowed the legislators to set their own pay. Dumb idea. They "sweetened" the deal (this time) by incorporating a "salary commission" which has never ever NOT allowed regular raises for everybody. Look at the 10% CUTS that were proposed. Those figures are 10% of what they make!

Do I think they make too much?
You bet! by about 60%.

No budget has been submitted on time as long as I can remember.

The STUPID Kalifornia liberal voters set this up! Morons. And they keep voting these socialist, tax-and-spend liberals back into office. The state deserves what it gets. Such stupidity.

The Louisiana senate approved itself a 300% pay increase today. Jealous?
