If Congress is going to impeach Pres. Bush anyway, why doesn’t he open ANWR and the Continental Shelf for drilling by citing National Security. After that, approve shale development citing the same. Oh, yeah, and then tell the SCOTUS that Gitmo will remain open for business for the foreseeable future and make sure no enemy combatants ever set foot on American soil for their “Consitutional Rights”.
