Pretty sure that the
#ds in its Status, the 'd' = dormant; indicates that it's effectively dead, and will not be reported out of the Rules Committee. (# = Amended by House; s = Committee Substitute.) I'm not in OK, so I can't be sure, but both NY and PA have similar actions that kill legislation.
Someone should keep a copy of it, so it can get thrown back in their faces when the balloon goes up -- they could have at least tried to stop the disintegration of our society. :^)
