When does the USSC ruling on the DC Gun Ban come out?

I'm not sure why they are still sitting on it. Some other freeper from a month-ago thread was saying how based on the verbal questioning it was apparent that all the justices had already come to their decision. (It seems that is the case most of the time?)

The freeper said now they are crafting a carefully worded statement so as not to give any rights - or take away rights, that they do not intend.

So - I guess their isn't a deadline. But - it was for this reason that Montana awhile ago had one of these resolutions saying if they DID ban certain weapons, etc. that Montana would do something (declare sovereignty, secede, ...) as one of the things that is in the negotiation for Montana becoming a state was that it would be able to determine the gun laws for the state. (Or something like that).
