This isn't going to happen. AQ Khan did what Musharraf, the Pakistani military, and the Pakistani civilian leadership wanted him to. Khan has received full legal amnesty for his actions, Pakistan has never permitted the US to interview or question him, and he's a national hero in Pakistan.
Don't like what AQ Khan did? Take it up with Musharraf and the other Pakistani generals.
