Aside from the WOT, they have essentially the same platform. I'm sorry, but you obviously have little knowledge of the actual platforms of the two candidates. You should visit the two campaign web sites and actually read their platforms.
Here are a few areas of disagreement:
- Extending Bush Tax Cuts
- Surrender in Iraq
- Court ruling on Habeus Corpus
- Offshore Oil Drilling
- Gay Marriage
- Gun Rights
- Abortion
- Nationalized Health Care
- Free Trade
- Legislative Earmarks
- Monitoring Terrorist Communication
- Support for the Military
- Judicial appointments
- State's Rights
There are others. McCain is wrong on more items than Bush was, but he is still right about a majority of the issues, and vastly more right than Obama on a host of important issues.

I may have used the wrong word with "platform". but their positions on many issues are so close, that the average voter will not see much difference. I am definitely voting for McCain. However, I think he is doing a terrible job of selling himself as differing from Obama on many key issues (in much the same way that Bush did not make more than a half-hearted attempt to sell America on the WOT).
