Sounds like DeLay has been denied his Constitutional right to a speedy trial.Case dismissed.But then,it was never about any real crime.the indictment was all that mattered to the prosecutor.

I actually saw a judge do that, in the courthouse in Cleburne, Texas. The time frame of the delay? 6 months.

He also told the prosecutor that "Justice delayed is justice denied."
