Thank you, H.A.R.P.! Chemtrails don’t help, either.

Someone was listening to Coast To Coast last night, right? :)

Thank you for posting the article.

“Scientists predict it may stop forming by the end of this century.”

Ozone is ‘formed’ by the solar wind impacting on the atmosphere, and the energy influx at the poles.

It won’t stop until the Sun quits shining.

AND, if you are going to have ‘holes’ in the ozone layer, what better place than above the frozen wastes of the Artic and Antartic, where the few creatures that live there have an extreme amount of built in protection from the harmful rays that come from the Sun.

God is pretty smart.

What must be observed by this “news”, whatever humanity does on this earth - even if done because it's believed to be “good” - humanity is an unnatural infectious disease that is always screwing up the “natural” environment of the earth. /sarc

What must be observed by this “news”, is that the permanent psychological state of humanity must always be to wring its hands in despair over the future that humanity will always mess up. /sarc

Yet, what other part of nature (besides humanity) is conscious about all the other parts of nature, in and of the earth, and trying to monitor its own role, consciously, in something other than a survival of the fittest fashion - only humanity and nothing else.

So, what is the “natural” result of “nature”? It is the unseen hand of efficiency of resources played out by the total interplay of all elements of life seeking, independently, their own survival. Anyone who thinks this balance is due to some natural altruism in nature, outside of humanity, is simply anthropomorphizing all of nature in one sweep.

These are the same Crack-Pots that brought us Global Warming!

Real the following from NASA and NOAA in 2006!!!:

NASA and NOAA Announce Ozone Hole is a Double Record Breaker...

From September 21-30, 2006 the average area of the ozone hole was the largest ever observed, at 10.6 million square miles. This image, from Sept. 24, the Antarctic ozone hole was equal to the record single-day largest area of 11.4 million square miles, reached on Sept. 9, 2000. ...

“From September 21 to 30, the average area of the ozone hole was the largest ever observed, at 10.6 million square miles,” said Paul Newman, atmospheric scientist at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, Greenbelt, Md....

We should dig out all those cans of R-12 that we hoarded back in the 90’s and use them for target practice. Two birds, one stone, and all that.

Ozone hole is closing, but it is not good news. The reason why is that didn’t get ENOUGH $$$ from the GOVERNMENT to see how they can tax us to close it. :)

I’ve read that the new veggie based propellent has caused anaphylexis shock in some users.

The largest ozone hole ever measured occured in 2006.

The hole’s not closing. The volcanoes provide the material and the cold temperatures help the holes form.

The antarctic temperature in 2006 was 9 degrees below normal.

First an open ozone hole was bad... now a closed ozone hole is bad. Can’t these idiot scientists make up their minds?

No. They need planet threatening crises on which to base their requests for government grants.

WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!

Unless Prof. xyz gets his grant, the larger the better.

Of course it isn’t good news; its impossible to have good news when there’s a Republican in the White House.

"Can’t these idiot scientists make up their minds?"

Scientists have never had anything to do with this nonsense.

You mean HAARP?

That’s a submarine communications system that the leftists would love to shut down. Hardly a patriotic position to take.

Did they say how we are supposed to keep the hole exactly the same? This seems to be our only hope. Does anybody know how? Prayers up; please o please keep the ozone hole the same! I did my part.

Global warming is good for the biosphere. Abundant life and species.

Ice ages are bad with mass die offs and misery.

Since we are sitting between ice ages with the next one looming in the future, we should be doing all we can to warm things up.

I think we are talking about two different HARPS, ed.

Years ago I read “Angels Don’t Play this HARP”. It was (is) used to modify the weather.

The ozone hole already existed when it was first noticed.
