I agree, but you do realizing for the first time in 40 years the repubs took control of congress because of the CWA and it CONSERVATIVE priciples.

Since then the repubs led by Bush have become moderate/rino skanks who need a can of whoopass opened up on them by conservatives.

So what does that say about the GOP? Why didn't they bother to take power by standing strong with the Constitution instead of creating their own document? Clearly, as effectively illustrated in the article, their document was only meant for obtaining power only to be abandoned once they gained power.
