I’ve only been down as far as mid-cape but I do know that the tip is almost exclusively homosexual. I’ve never had any problems.
I will add that I live in a urban area and on any given weekend there are men and prostitutes having sex in alley ways, parks, public rest rooms. Two weeks ago I was walking to get a coffee early in the morning when I was startled by what sounded like a scream. In the car on my left was some man having sex with a prostitute.
This goes in cities every night around the entire country I’d bet?
Families should not be subjected to any sort of public sex.
