Well, the group who sued the DHS to stop the fence was from Texas wasn't it?! But whatever you want to call it suits me. I'm not into splitting hairs anymore. Getting too old these days. </grin>

I’ve since learned that the ruling was actually based on an Arizona court ruling involving a two mile section of fence, not Texas. Not sure if or hw this might affect any other part of the border even though I suspect that it will positively affect other areas of the border.
