It doesn't matter how you feel about McCain. The fate of Western Civilization is in the balance.

When Losing Isn’t Affordable

November and The War on Islamofascism
By Rene Guerra

Unambiguous success in Iraq and unequivocal victory in the rest of the global war on Islamofascism is not a choice; we don’t have any other alternative, for it is a matter of our very survival. It is not a matter of “prestige” or any other hubristic notion; it is about our own hide, particularly when America faces the grim prospect of Barack Hussein Obama becoming the next president of the United States of America.

The term “Unambiguous Success in Iraq”, cited in the above opening paragraph, is deemed to mean: 1- Defeat of terrorists to insignificance or, better, to nonexistence, 2- Disarmament and disbandment of all militias, 3- Strengthening of the military and all other security forces, 4- Cementing effective democracy (democratic elections and participatory-democracy form of governance), 5- Activation of the economy of Iraq, 6- Further stabilization of the entire country; and 7- Enrollment of Iraq as an active ally in the rest of the global war on Islamofascism.

The Backstab America Mob

However, the Democrat Party of nowadays and the rest of the Left, along with the Backstab America Mob (the BAM) have been intensively engaged -- since before the launch of Operation Iraqi Freedom on March 20, 2003 -- in impeding America’s success, and even facilitating her defeat in Iraq.

The BAM . . . what’s that?

They used to be benignly called “The Blame-America-First Crowd” (BAFC) from the milestone speech that Jeane Kirkpatrick -- that remarkable true American of -- delivered at the Republican Convention in 1984...

And when and if we turn it over to McCain it will all be lost to a worthless RINO.

Can we just skip ahead to 2012?

Sure we can.

But with four years of the Marxist puppet there will be no free elections as we know it - at best, it will be without the EC, insuring that the rural Red State votes are not counted.

You don't have a say under Marxism -

This "wait and we'll get 'em straightened out next election" crappola was the mantra here in 2006 - and gave us reed and peelosi. And this election.

How's that working out for ya?

Who’s got that comic strip with all the things McCain has done since 2000? I can’t find it. :(

Any Republican who sits out this election will an accomplice to the election of B. Hussein Obama.

Oooh, you mean you aren't going to hold any Democrats responsible?

McCain is not OUR candidate, he is a Liberal GOP candidate. Many here are Independents and Libertarians. Blame your party for McCain, they know he stinks.

People can vote for whomever they please. I am not voting for McBoob and I do not feel bad about it.

but it smells like BS to me. Maybe that's because of where your head is stuck?

The B in BS stands for bull. That smell comes from someone so far out in left field that they be in a pasture, where find one finds bulls and their piles. I do appreciate your concern where my head might be stuck. My head is not stuck in the john nor is it stuck up the you know what of the John running for President like evidently yours is.

Speak for yourself. I don’t depend on that raving statist for anything. Some of us refuse to wear the McCain “kick me signs.”

I remember people saying the same thing about Carter, and twice about Clinton...but we’re still here.

August 1999: “Certainly in the short term, or even the long term, I would not support the repeal of Roe v. Wade which would then force X number of women in America to illegal and dangerous operations.” In the same interview, McCain stated he would not have a “litmus test” on abortion for judicial nominees. (San Fran Chronicle interview)

Washington Post on Feb. 3, that “It’s not social issues I care about.”

He has enthusiastically supported fetal stem cell research.

Maybe he’s only partly pro-life.

Well, if he’s illegitimate, then people should know it. But I’m not sure how the constitution would be interpreted on this point. IF he was born in Kenya, and his mother lied about it, and never went through the process of having him naturalized, then he is not a US citizen, I believe.

For that matter, how do we even know his mother was really his mother, without some sort of birth records? I’m not questioning it, but nothing can be assumed just because Obama has said it is true.

The man is a serial liar, and clearly he is hiding somthing or he would release his birth records, ordinarily no big deal.

Happily accepting rumors of a McCain Lieberman ticket and simply going along with every liberal policy McCain proposes.

Nah. He's going with Hillary!™ as his Veep. He's reaching across the isle in a bipartisan effort to include democrats disaffected with Obama, and he needs a Veep who will make him look more conservative.

Think about it. Hillary!™ is perfect...

Yes. I don't know a single pro-life organization that even talks about McCain. They all agree that Obama is a disaster, but no one can work up any enthusiasm for McCain. Instead, they are urging people to go out and vote for pro-life candidates at the state and local levels.

McCain came to us via the primary process. The last time I heard this was a democratic process.

True. A democratic process. Lots of crossover votes, or so I've been told.

The last time I heard this was a democratic process.

That's part of the problem, the Democrats and Independents that crossed over and gave McCain wins and momentum. It should have been a Republican process, not a Democratic one.

Considering his work to date has been on Privacy Rights issues in the face of an ever encroaching FedGov? Pretty good actually.

Barr isn't the first conservative to work with the ACLU. Not everything they do is Lefty-Moonbat commie crap. And I don't say that lightly.

Great article and absolutely correct. We can all disagree about policy.....but on the basic underlying issues....we all pretty much agree....(sanctity of life, free-markets, lower taxation, freedom of speech and gun ownership....etc.)

McCain is not perfect...but he’s in our court the basic concepts. There are a lot of policy discussions we need to have with him.....but he’s also not a marxist that will disregard the entire consitituion in the name of wealth redistribution.
