Harass me next .... please?

A LONG time ago a co-worker had a sign in his office that said "Sexual harassment is a Job Perq!"

Funny, no one ever complained about it.

When I was young...and in collegiate football shape...I worked construction.

I got wistled at once while running an air hammer on a sidewalk demolition project.

IT WAS AWSOME!

Some men pay for attention like that.

The Sexual Offences (Scotland) Bill will create a new offence of "communicating indecently", punishable by up to 10 years in jail.

Tells me I don't ever, EVER want to go there...

...punishable by up to 10 years in jail.

LOL... how about some serious money for... “the victim”? F__k the prison time... the instances in which I've been groped... or literally, “assaulted” by a woman after a date could have padded my retirement kitty!

Oh, yeah, William Wallace and Robert the Bruce would approve of this law alright. I wonder where the Scottish men are to let a law like this pass? So much for being proud of my Scot ancestry!

"No builder has complained of harassment yet, despite the extra attention."

"We have no registered complaints on this issue."

File this under "Fixin' What Ain't Broken". (The nutcase Left LOVES to do that.)

They haven’t complained because they have probably already slept with the girls.

These Co-eds must have been watching too many “Scruffs Hardware” ads.

(They are racy ads on British TV for work clothes -— a teacher appeared in one add (she’s the one holding the phone below -— and got sacked.)

This is safe for British TV, but for work or letting your wife see, debateable:

I bet every guy on this forum could recall every or any time he has been whistled at by amorous females!

For me it was twice (or three times). Once standing on the corner of downtown Chico CA, two cowgirls in a pickup truck wolf whistled and ‘whoo hoo’d’(just out of collegiate rowing) and another time about four years ago in Pacific Beach/San Diego CA, a couple of ‘hoochie-mama’s’ (admittedly the light was very low). The third time about ten years ago my brother and I were walking down the road in Potlatch Idaho when a van full of rowdy women drove past and yelled out “We want you to F*$# us!”; but then they just kept on driving. :(

Harassment! Yeah! Harass me some more! My ego could use the boost!

As much as I hate PC, it is nice to see women get a threat of “harassment charges” thrown at them for behavior they’ve been over-reacting to for years. They reap what they sow.

"A LONG time ago a co-worker had a sign in his office that said "Sexual harassment is a Job Perq!"

Years ago (late 80's) I worked in a manufacturing plant that was probably 90% female workers on the production floor. A popular photocopied sign that was posted at many work stations was the following: "Sexual harassment at this location will not be reported. It will, however, be graded."

Yeah, I remember the days when people could actually joke with one another, and if anyone started to get out of line, he (or she) was corrected by the rest of the group. That's not to say that actual sexual harassment never happened, but the piddly little crap that stirs up such fake outrage today was treated as it should be among grown ups.

Hello,

Apparently the Admin Moderator is a bit busy, and so I'm wondering if you might be so kind as to please answer a question?

Given that I have no interest in violating Free Republic rules, I'm wondering if you would be able to please tell me the reason why my post #2 here was removed?  The included photo was one that I've used probably 10-15 times here over the past several years with no hint of any objection, and the text included no obscene or indecent verbiage, and so I am genuinely at a loss as to the rationale for my post's removal.  If I am not made aware of the reason for the removal, then I risk committing a similar infraction again, and this is of course something that I would never want to do.

Thank you very much for your help.
