This actually is a left wing conspiracy.
The warrant was from September 2007 (insurance fraud) and didn’t “suddenly appear”, but some left wing bloggers were responsible for notifying the federal marshals of larrys whereabouts. Im not sure why they didn’t extradite him to colorado, too, or why he was allowed to make bail at all, for that matter (Maybe McCain pulled some strings).
I have no doubt this guy is a complete scumbag but it is very obvious that someone didn’t want that appearance in DC to take place.
Now, I wonder, who could that be?

It's our own version of Bush Derangement Syndrome - some here are so desperate to find dirt on Obama that they'll believe any fool, no matter how silly the charge or how incredible the accuser.
Worse yet, some will spread stories that they suspect or know are lies if they think there's political advantage to be gained.
I find it terribly disappointing. Not to mention that they discredits us all. Worse yet, it's unnecessary - the issues are on our side, we don't need to resort to this.

Larry stated during his press conference that he is going to court in CO soon concerning that warrant and that he is not hiding anything.
As far as his arrest following his press conference, there seems to be many different stories as to what actually took place. Sinclair’s account of what took place is above and he is presently at home from what I gather.
Many questions need to be answered to determine the validity of Sinclair’s claims.
