Is Barack Obama a United States citizen, and is he eligible to run for President of the United States, or did he present a forged government document to verify a citizenship he does not possess? For a few weeks now these questions have been swirling around the internet. The questions have become so prominent that Obama addressed the issue on his “Fight the Smears” website. Of course, in typical Obama fashion it is becoming clear that nothing is as it seems.
His site says the following:

Lie: Obama Is Not a Natural Born Citizen
Truth: Senator Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, after it became a state on August 21st, 1959. Obama became a citizen at birth under the first section of the 14th Amendment “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
There it is, the Certification of Live Birth. Case closed. Or is it? Two sources have raised what has proven to be very interesting, and troubling questions. Polarik, a blogger from Townhall.com, and the israelinsider, have both posted compelling evidence that can no longer be ignored, or brushed off as ridiculous.
Friday, June 20, 2008, Polarik, who claims to have extensive experience in the world of computers, printers, and typewriters, wrote “given a set of printed letters, I can discern what kind of device made them. Printer output is quite different from the text created by a graphics program, and even if a document looks “official,” it may not be.” He goes on to claim that anyone could have produced this document, and then proceeds to point out every flaw imaginable with this alleged certificate. Because his article is so detailed, and technical, I advise my readers to follow the link and read it for yourself. Have no fear. He has visuals to help you make sense of it.
Yesterday morning I read an article in the Israelinsider, written by Reuven Koret. Koret’s article eliminates any lingering question as to whether or not the Certificate of Live Birth is a forgery/fake.
Koret begins his article by linking to Photobucket, an image gathering website, where millions upload images to share with others, or post in various places such as websites, etc. It shows variations of the same Certificate of Live Birth presented by the Obama camp. One has Obama’s birthplace listed as Antarctica, while another shows one issued by the government of North Korea. This certainly lends credibility to Polariks argument that the Certificate of Live Birth was created by some sort of computer program, that anyone can use.
According to Koret, Janice Okubo, Director of Communications of the State of Hawaii Department of Health made clear that no birth certification, or certification of live birth is transmitted electronically, and that all certificates of live birth contain an embossed seal and registrar’s signature on the back of the document.
He then compares the 1961 Certification of Live Birth, presented as authentic on the Obama website, to one certifying the Hawaiian birth of a Patricia Decosta. The similarities and differences are quite noticeable.
Both contain a green bamboo background, though one is noticeably darker. Both contain borders that are noticeably different. Obama’s is green, and Decosta’s is black. Polarik did a fabulous job of pointing out the obvious flaws on the border of Obama’s alleged certificate.
The most compelling and disturbing items of note are the lack of an embossed seal and the registrar’s signature, on the copy being presented by Obama. Decosta’s seal, even faded with time is quite prominent, as is the registrar’s signature that bleeds through to the front of the document. The lack of these two items makes it clear that the copy presented by Obama is in fact a fake.
This raises many more questions and concerns. Why would Obama knowingly lie, and present a forged government document as official? Why does Obama refuse to present his real birth certificate, for inspection – the actual piece of paper that can be handled by reporters? Is Barack Obama a citizen of the United States? Is he eligible for the highest office of this great nation? Lastly, what laws has Obama and his camp broken by knowingly presenting a forged government document?

I’m wondering, since the Constitution has specific age and national origin requirements, is there an official process that certifies that the candidates meet the requirements? Is anyone in the gubmint authorized to check? Or do we just wing it?

Having seen Torricelli get KO'd here in NJ firsthand, late in the game, and having seen the political machine simply change the rules to suit them, I'd say it doesn't make a difference.
In a way, earlier is better. It would surely embarass the DEMs severely. But it wouldn't surprise me to see them simply want to waive the rule for the Messiah. And to see the MSM take that as a serious idea worthy of consideration and probably implementation, by completely extra-Constitutional means.
If he got ousted right before Denver, the potential for civil unrest among the you-know-whos goes way up. Is that good for the country? I'll leave that one unanswered.
That’s my conundrum, as well. We want his base shocked closer to Nov. 4, not soon, as Hillary would have time to seduce them out of their vote.

However, the KOS and the Obama versions are different. They are supposed to be scans of the same document.

Beware of red herrings that distract people from the real issues. B Hussein Obama may just be toying with conservatives and will release the real certificate, which has the same info as this one, just before the election and tell the American people that conservatives are just a bunch of paranoid jerks who are trying to embarrass him. A great ploy to win over the independents who are undecided.
I suspect Drudge is useless in outing Obama on anything.

I haven’t been able to read through every thread, but I’m curious why the Hawaii Dept of Health or BOs birth hospital don’t produce the certificate?
Aren’t these sorts of records public knowledge? Surely someone could run down to the appropriate office and pick up an accurate copy.
Its somewhat disturbing that this issue hasn’t been laid to rest quickly and decisively, even if it is a non-issue.
If there is no question, then it would be a display of the efficiency of the BO campaign, and thus an indication of his executive ability, to have quickly produced valid copy. That this has been ham-handed, and continues to be, should be cause for pause, even among his supporters.
There’s no downside to addressing this definitively and quickly unless he has something to hide.
Word up, just like the Michelle Tape that is being used to silence legitimate claims of his and his wife’s association with unsavory characters.
Obama has visited Kenya according to his books and according to photos that are on the internet. How did he get an American passport without proof of citizenship? Where do people speculate that his mother gave birth to him? This kind of scrutiny of an internet document is a waste of time, I believe, although it is quite possible that someone has decided not to show the true birth cert of Obama. Perhaps his mother and father were not married, and no father was named.... Possibilities are numerous for reasons to hide the true document.
I may be thinking of something else, but the differences in the KOS and Obama versions could be simply image compression issues. (I’ll go look again later).
Privacy issues, only BO can produce it, and he claims to have.

I now agree with others who have said this is probably a diversionary tactic. Diverting from what is interesting, but Obama is the first really internet savvy Presidential candidate. He “gets it” enough to think of giving the bloggers “make work” to occupy them for awhile, or at least get them off the scent of something else.
This is the first glimpse into true internet warfare for president. 2012 will be the true arrival, especially if the GOP nominates a younger guy like Jindal. TWO candidates who get the internet age? That will turn elections on their head.
You can be sure Clinton Inc. is investigating as we speak. ;)

There are apparently only two ways this can KO him, and I have my doubts about both:
1) It turns out he doesn’t have a Hawaii birth certificate because he wasn’t born there and isn’t a U.S. citizen or
2) He presented the apparently fake birth certificate to am official body, like bar examiners, where its presentation was a crime.
However, the preceding two instances are only speculation and there may be numerous other things about his birth certificate none of us even has any idea of. Since he’s apparently so reluctant to produce the real thing, it’s a good idea to pursue the issue just to see what comes up.
What if he was born and named Barry Dunham? (Parents not being married not the issue...the disclosure of the 'white' family name) or perchance, Stanley Ann listed his 'race' (if it was asked for on the birth certificate) as 'caucasian' (yet another embarassment of near Biblical proportion for Team Messiah).

This is not the Birth Certificate that was filed in August 1961. If anyone looks at the date at the bottom left corner, this form was generated in 2001. It is a record that such a birth cert of such child was made on Aug 6, 1961.
As much as I despise Hillary, I don’t think she is an dangerous to our national security as Obama.

3. Was the word African used to describe his father's race in 1961? If so his father might have been a white South African or whatever.
His handlers and MSM abettors knew about this serious problem, and that is why the Compost and others tried to raise doubts about McCain being an American a month or so earlier.
There's a lot to that.
However, if the laws can be ignored at will -- wouldn't it be interesting if a million taxpayers decided not to file next year? I feel I have a duty to act against an illegitimate government, and I can think of several ways to register my protest.

Yep, I have a yellow birth cert and a white one than, in no way resemble each other, except the D.O.B., my name, and mom’s name. One has a bunch of details (weight, doctor, father, etc), the other just the essentials.

In his father's country and most other places on Earth, that means he inherits nationality from that country through his father.
In what way can we say that such a person's loyalty to the United States is absolute and un-questioned?

I think that's true, but I have my doubts that they would do that. Wouldn't a BC be considered confidential? I heard years ago that Jimmy Carter's campaign had his BC sealed. I don't know if that's true either. But would someone have to go through the process of having it sealed to make it unavailable?
I think there’s plenty of reasons to believe that he isn’t all that loyal to the USA - he’d turn us into the UN if he could - with special rights for Africans no matter their deeds.
