Who's going to pay for it?

Even Winchester white box at WallyWorld is priced out of sight. If that isn't bad enough, patched round balls propelled by Swiss black powder are as high as 60¢ per shot for a .54 cal percussion rifle.

Who's going to pay the $100 for pistol ammo or the $50 for a little black powder practice on Saturday morning at the range? Will only the wealthy or government agents be able to afford arms?

What's driving up the price of ammo? #1 -The militarization of local police after the LA shoot out. Biggest customer at any WallyWorld, ammunition display: local police officers on their way to the range.

Inflation (weak dollar).

Ammo, gold, and gas are all much more expensive than a year or two ago.

Your krugerrand goes about as far at the gun shop as it ever did.
