Hi everyone...Rush is dead on about the SCOTUS judges and the fact that the 2nd Amendment even came up for scrutiny.

Is this a flip, or a flop? I've lost track. Since he has authored some of the same sorts of prohibitions and limitations, it is definitely one or the other.
