Yes SCOTUS got this one right The scarey part is that the victory was 5-4... four yahoos thought the right to bear arms didn’t apply to “the people”. Think about how this would be different if BHO were in charge with a dem congress confirming social activist judges. It would only take one more activist liberal justice to vaporize our entire constitution. The next pres will nominate justices for 2-3 vacating SC seats who will likely hear cases involving the 1st amendment (Fairness Doctrine), death penalty, the right to homeschool, religious freedom — the list is endless and scarey. Nuff said.
