Dr Allen, instead of wasting your time tracking people who are engaged in free speech, why didn't you just sit down with Obama and interview him on his complete background and then do a check on what he told you about his background, then report that?!

Spot on. Double for this article's author, Matthew Mosk. Under the guise of writing a story about rumors, Mosk spreads more. Allen stalks private citizens, speculates and draws unfounded conclusions from her sleuthing, and Mosk dutifully "reports." They act like a couple of preteens conspiring payback for a MySpace posting.

Excellent point. And if (hypothetically) an unstable Freeper were exposed as a result of Allen's stalking and Mosk's journalistic malpractice, and then took their own life, those two scumbags would not only have not one pang of conscience, they would probably high-five each other and exclaim "one down, thousands more to go!"

People like Allen and Mosk are absolutely without any moral compass at all. Believe that.

"Unusual Name"?? Hardly. It's pretty common in the Mideast and Northern Africa. What's "unusual" is that a man with his communist and Arabic roots can get so close to the White House.

If you want "unusual" names, look at what Frank Zappa did to his kids: Moon Unit, Dweezil, Ahmet Emuukha Rodan and Diva Thin Muffin Pigeen.

"... It also aggressively disregards the fundamental principle of free societies that one be able to debate one's accusers..."

Huh? Who is stopping Obeymao from debating his "accusers" on this issue? He is free to confront them on this "smear" with the facts he has at his disposal. Heck, he's even free to come here and debate the issue. Hint: Saying "that's not true!" 100 times, or 1 million times, doesn't mean he has proven anything, even though that might be enough for you, Danielle. For a supposed "genius," you sure are clueless.

Obama is free to dispute this perception of his muslim past at any time. You act like he's bound and gagged inside the broom closet at RNC headquarters. Stop being an idiot, Danielle.

You assume that she is not aware that he could come here for a debate like many politicians have. These fascist militants don't want to debate FreeRepublic, they want to crush your civil rights like good little totalitarians.

“Please. Read up. He can be the False Prophet but he can’t be the Anti-Christ.

Unless of course his birth certificate really is totally false and he was actually born somewhere East of Istanbul, West of Iran and Northish of Iraq.”

I am not convinced that the Anti-Christ has to be born in the Middle East. And it is my understanding that the False Prophet who introduces the Anti-Christ to the world is the last Pope who will be called Peter.

FYI Beckwith response (with some introductory comments) also posted on AntiMullah to reach an expanded audience, including in the Moslem world. What a hit piece by that woman!

BTW Islam for Dummies is also being posted in Farsi on the Multilingual Page. We have found that most Iranians, who were used to the Shah’s Islam, where you were free to practise as you wished - or not at all - do not understand the “Real Mohammadan Islam” version (as several Persian commentators call it) that is now in place in Islamic Iran.

I wonder if Miss Misguided Allen thinks the above is a fundamental of a free society

Ah, but we are told that she is one of the most brilliant among us.

Odd how a conservative cannot even aspire to such a pinnacle...

I am enjoying this little spat on many levels.
First it’s nice to see some other countries flag being burned for a change. I never heard a word of outrage from Europe when it was the Stars and Strips on the BBQ.

Second, and this is really juicy, watching the most leftwing media in the world i.e. the European print media (defenders and cheerleaders of multiculturalism, morale equivalency and the Palestinian cause) in an all out Donny Brook with not just extremists but pretty much all of Islam.

Reminds me of the PITA Vs. Act-Up wars.

Popcorn and beer for this required viewing.

[... Allen set her sights on dissecting the modern
version of a whisper campaign, even though experts
told her it would be impossible to trace the chain
e-mail to its origin. Along the way, even as her hunt
grew cold, she gained valuable insight into the way
political information circulates, mutates and sometimes
devastates in the digital age...]

Allen, the “Compartmental Genius”, does not have the
intellect to understand that the predatory main stream
media circulates, mutates and devastates using political
misinformation without consequence.

Why is this not OK for bloggers?

Funny how a newbie says “Well, it’s another reason why some of us need to stop spreading this BS about Obama being a Muslim.” Tell me, what is your position in the Obama organization? Or is that just a “rumor” or BS?

According to Obama supporters he is not Muslim.

But... wait....

He has a Muslim name doesn’t he?

He is ashamed of his middle Muslim name isn’t he?

His father was Muslim, wasn’t he?

He spent a great deal of his youth in Muslim countries, didn’t he?

But we are all supposed to look the other way and believe he has no Muslim family, ties, friends and associates.

Either way, he cannot escape the reality.

And, Marxism is not a good platform either.

So are you implying,

Barack Obama’s long journey to the center of his mind will be resolved by you?

His journey to discover whether his identity is American or African, white or black, is over because he really is an Indonesian? LOL, he’s going to need a psychiatrist.

Your comments about the mother of all swiftboats will confuse since many hold a near religious belief that the swiftboaters were debunked.

Should be interesting.

Here's something for WaPo to research. Obama's rise in politics is a result of the following:

1) Obama challenged qualifying signatures on all his Illinois State Senate Democrat primary opponents' applications (see Alice Palmer), running unopposed,

2) Obama had sealed divorce records of his Democrat primary opponent Blair Hull exposed, revealing accusations of wife-beating and forcing Hull out of the primary,

3) Obama had sealed divorce records of his Republican opponent Jack Ryan exposed, revealing accusations of wanting to perform public sex acts and forcing Ryan out of the general election.

4) Obama claims his legislative records in Illinois were not archived, and presumably destroyed, leaving no paper trail of his past government experience. (See last paragraph of article)

It seems that Obama can't win without legal technicalities or by destroying his opponent by exposing sealed private records. So now, Obama is coming after everyday people on the internet who dare to look into his past?
