Because he admitted to it they feel it is not newsworthy anymore and should be tabled as an issue. Personally I look at the type of man that can be swayed by peer pressure into using it, and then call into question the judgment of such a man in so powerful a position.
I have one question on that subject too, if a Secret Service agent guarding him was found out to have used cocaine would he be removed from the Presidential Protection Detail due to his poor lack of judgment? Just curious...

On a more serious note - The Great Gumbama also intends to throw America under the bus.
One angle that has been overlooked is perhaps the fact that the Washington (Com)post, like it’s publishing brethren are experiencing shortfalls in revenue, decreasing ad sales, they’re discovering that phrase about ‘Dying Dinosaur Media Watch’ isn’t just rhetoric.
So the WP is losing money, FR is holding it’s own financially based on quarterly Freep-A-Thons, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a bit of economic envy at work!
Which means that scumbags like Matthew Mosk and his ilk will work that much more enthusiastically to sneer, smear and intimidate FR members and FR in general if possible.
